Service Objects

In case the task or collection of tasks contains a list of service objects, the preference openServiceObject can be used to separate the visit icons from the icons for the service object. Setting the preference to true will move the following icons to another screen:

  • Material Usage and/or Material Request
  • Notes with or without photos
  • Barcode
  • RFID
  • Photos
  • Unlinked Mobile UI (Additional Repair)
  • Spare Parts

Tapping on a task of the collection in the agenda opens a new customer level view, only offering icons related to the collection. The service object related icons and details can be reached by opening the customer's details button and scanning the barcode of the service object or by pressing the related item.

As default, all planned deliverables of the collection are listed in the customer's details screen. To improve clarity, the list of items can be narrowed by processFlow, using the preference customerLevelItems. This preference can hold a comma-separated list of suitable processFlows to show.

With the preference openServiceObjectSingleTask, the service object view is possible for single tasks with several service objects.
