OMD Go offers various perspectives, which are tailored to the roles of each user group. A manager is interested in corporate key figures such as the workload of employees, kilometers driven or the signature rate, which he can view on the OMD dashboard. A team or service manager wants to see the trips of mobile employees at a glance in a timeline or map view. Dispatchers or employees in task acceptance use OMD Call Intake and the date suggestion options to record tasks with immediate scheduling based on suggested dates or re-scheduling of existing dates.
