Lost time is never
In our vision of the professional world, employees are supported by intelligent solutions, thus allowing them to focus on what’s really important: the people. Field staff have time to meet with their customers without hassle thanks to a solution that assumes some of those tasks that do not require “human intervention”. Dispatchers can focus completely on “exceptions”, because algorithms handle the rest. This frees up valuable time necessary to really listen to customers and field staff. Managers are offered real-time reports and analyses, which provide them with an overview of their company and the opportunity to further develop the company. And they now have time to actually manage the staff.
This would make us content – and happy to be a productive part of this world.
“Many product details are inspired by the idea of a customer, which we then implement together as new functionality.”
Frank Klomp, Founder Optimize My Day
We support companies on the planning and optimization of their field staff processes, using our own software products and consulting competences, which we have been continuously developing further for many years. Our customers are primarily large and mid-sized companies from the service and delivery solutions industry such as inspection, medicine and healthcare, hygiene, construction and building materials, as well as technical customer support.
Since our founding in 2000, we have been passionate specialists in geodata-based route and tour planning systems. Our future-oriented company is characterized by our innovative technological approach. As early as 2009, we were the first supplier in tour planning to invest in a cloud scheduling solution, reading the signs of the times at a very early stage and preparing our systems accordingly. We have managed to consistently expand our customer base through the development of a fully integrated mobile platform for smartphones in the years that followed. We currently process approximately 12,000,000 orders each year.
We dedicate this website to Jan den Braber (Service Manager Ricoh NL, † 2007), who would have loved to be a part of everything that happened.
We are an international team of people who do what we love and take our responsibilities seriously. We work at the forefront of those new technologies that inspire us and which we develop further from our customer’s perspective.
