Optimize My Day works with configurations. You will usually require one configuration only. But in case you work with different organization units, separated from each other, or if you wish to use a configuration for what-if scenarios, you can create distinct configurations.

To setup a new configuration, you need to follow these steps:

• Step 1: Create a configuration
  • Specify the numbers of resources that you want to schedule activities for
  • Specify the countries that will be used
  • Specify which mobile workflow application you are intending to use
• Step 2: Set your preferences
   
• Step 3: Upload Your Data

Your configuration will remain free of charge for a period of one month. After the trial period, a monthly fee, starting at 24,95 Euros excluding VAT (24,95 US-$ outside of the EU) per planned resource or planner applies.
